Rebound Trampoline fitness classes provide the perfect environment to burn some calories via a balanced, high intensity and low impact aerobic workout to improve cardiovascular function, muscle tone and general health.

Jump Fitness

Participants must be at least 16 years of age.

Suitable for everyone from beginners to seasoned exercisers, our qualified fitness instructor, Wrenne, will guide you through fun, dynamic, interval based 45 minute sessions in her 'Wild Jump' classes.

Jump Strength

Participants must be at least 16 years of age.

This boutique class starts on the trampolines for a warm up, but the bulk of the class is on the floor to build core strength with tri-planar barbell training.


All exercises are full body movements and based on the BTB and Animal Flow training systems. Great for toning, strengthening, fat burning, and creating intelligence in your body's functional movements!


Anyone that has done BTB Exercise knows the metabolic impact you get is huge. You will be buzzing. The strength gained in this class will compliment your Jump training very well and reduce your risk of injury on the trampolines, so why not pair it up with your jump class routine? Numbers are limited for this class, so make sure to book your spot.

Our fitness instructor, Eliza, will help and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals.

Eliza is a qualified level 3 personal trainer and fitness instructor. She also has qualifications in Yoga, Yoga Trapeze, Parkour for Fitness, Animal Flow, BTB Barbell Training System, Wild Jump and she is also a Level 1 Coach for Parkour (Free-running).
