This kind of training will be good for anyone who wants to have fun, try something new, train with a smile and friend (bring a friend or I'm your friend) but also, if you take athletics more seriously, it's a great way to cross train a large variety of functional movements (think parkour vibes, obstacle course training vibes, climbing, running, jumping, balance, accuracy, etc), challenge your mind, imiprove stamina, agility, strength, exercise grit (I will push you!).
